ΒΆ Pre-Delinquent SMS
On the Twilio configuration page (Third Party > Twilio), there is an option to enable SMS Pre-Delinquent. Enabling it shows the Pre-Delinquent Message box. When you save Twilio settings with a message in that box, Powercode will send a courtesy message to your customers (who have opted to receive text messages) at 6 p.m. the day before their account goes delinquent.
