The Installer filter and the Duration column require Powercode build 26.10.05 or later.
The Installer Statistics report lists the jobs assigned to your technicians over a date range: who had each job, which customer or site it was for, whether it succeeded, when it was scheduled to start, when the technician checked in and completed it, and how long it took.
Use it to review one technician's workload, to compare technicians, or to see how long installs and service calls really take on site.
Click Reports in the menu to open the Report Dashboard, then click Installer Statistics under Scheduling & Service Reports. You can also type the name into Search for a Report. The report page itself is titled Job Statistics.
| Permission | Why it is needed |
|---|---|
| Reports Dashboard (Reports → Dashboard) | To open the Report Dashboard. |
| Installer Statistics (Reports → Other) | To see the Installer Statistics tile. |
| Ticket Totals (Reports → Ticket) | To open the report. The report page checks this permission rather than Installer Statistics, so a user needs both. |
| Export Report Data (Reports → Export) | Optional. Shows the Export Data button. |
The report lists every job that is assigned to a user and whose start time falls between the start of the Start Date and the end of the End Date. Unassigned jobs are not listed. Use the list under the table to show 10, 25, 50 or 100 rows per page.
To save the report, click Export Data, then Export as CSV or Export as PDF.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| ID | The job's ID. |
| Assigned User | The username of the user the job is assigned to. |
| Customer | For a customer job, the customer's name and account ID. |
| Network Site | For a job at a network site, the site's name and ID. |
| Type | The job type, for example Install or Service. |
| Status | Success or Fail for a completed job, otherwise Not Completed. |
| Start Time | When the job is scheduled to start. |
| Checkin Time | When the technician checked in. |
| Completion Time | When the job was completed. |
| Duration | How long the job took. See below. |
| Notes | The job's notes. |
Duration is the time from Checkin Time to Completion Time, shown in days, hours and minutes, for example 0 days, 1 hours, 25 minutes. Seconds are left out. Time before the technician checked in, such as driving to the job, is not included.
| Duration shows | Meaning |
|---|---|
| A time | The job has both a check-in time and a completion time. |
| Not Completed | The job has no check-in time, no completion time, or neither. A job that was completed without the technician checking in shows Not Completed here, even though Status shows Success or Fail. |
| N/A | The check-in or completion time could not be read. |
| Symptom | Likely cause |
|---|---|
| Access Denied with You do not have the appropriate permission to view this page after clicking the tile | You have Installer Statistics but not Ticket Totals. |
| Nothing to show... | No assigned jobs start in the date range, or none for the users selected in Installer. |
| Duration shows Not Completed for a finished job | The technician completed the job without checking in, so there is no Checkin Time. |
| A technician's jobs are missing | The jobs belong to a technician group other than yours, start outside the date range, or are not assigned to that technician. |
| The Export Data button is missing | You do not have the Export Report Data permission. |
